I hated doing business with Mr. Hibbard. I closed with him for the sale of my house in early 2025. Here is the list of things he did wrong, and on top of all these he was dismissive, unresponsive, and apparently didn’t care at all about customer service. 1. He didn’t send me the right forms to fill out before closing. 2. I filled out my own forms (I’m a GA bar certified attorney), but I used a different form with different language, which Phillip did not check before closing. 3. At closing, Phil looked at the papers I’d sent many days prior and, seeing they weren’t his forms, refused to accept them. 4. Phillip handled my closing today and did a phenomenal job. His staff is professional, timely, and took care of every detail. He’s a great resource if you’re looking for a closing attorney!

There were 2 addresses on the contract ours and the sellers - we do not know where it was mailed and was apparently no tracking on the envelope because they cannot tell us where it is. Now, here we are, 17 days later and no check. We requested that a stop payment be issued on their check and another one cut and deposited in our account at a
