At first, Rafael was a great and amazing lawyer. But after a while every time we would call for an appointment, he would cancel on the same day. Every time we ask about our case, they can’t seem to find anything in the system. This has happened 4 times already where they can’t find my husband or my information in the system. Our case was being transferred lawyer to lawyer within their firm and it just kept getting messy. They wouldn’t be able to find anything or ask us to pay for a document they believed we hadn’t paid for already. Or even pay for copies of papers that we already got copies for. 7 years later, still no updates. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Look elsewhere especially for a long term process, completely bad service.

We were looking forward to working with this firm but unfortunatley they have been extremely unprofessional. After scheduling an appointment, they needed a $100 for a consult in advance. We made the Zelle payment the same day they sent the request and shortly after they called and rescheduled. Since then we have been requesting they refund us because their new date does not work for us. After several calls they have re-directed, advised the process would be completed on Friday, in a few days, might take a few weeks to a month and now they say the payment is non-refundable. Pichardo - please take in to consideration that it is important to due right by your clients and make ammends properly.

I called a week ago , and I left a message I'm yet to hear from anyone in that office. I called just to ask a simple question. I'm disappointed that I didn't get a response. Thank you for not returning my call. I got the answer and helped. I was looking for elsewhere.

Pichardo and his team made my citizenship process as smooth as possible, I am very greatful for their help and preparation. I recommend Pichardo for anyone trying to do it the right way. They are even assisting my mother with her process right now. 👍🏽
