The biggest clown show of a company ever. We have had a lease account and purchase power account for years. Inevitably, they apply our payments to the wrong account even though they are mailed separately, made out clearly to each division and have the pay stub included in the mailing. Then they have the nerve to call you like you are a deadbeat and say you didn’t pay your bill and try to tack on late fees. Nobody speaks English and actually getting to a person takes an act of Congress. Stay away from these bozos.
