I had an extremely frustrating experience with the Joe . Despite multiple attempts to contact them through phone and email, they were completely unresponsive. Calls went unanswered, and when they were answered, the lawyer claimed to be busy and wouldn’t talk or call back. Voicemails were ignored, and emails were never acknowledged. Professionalism and communication are crucial in legal matters, and unfortunately, this lawyer failed in both areas. If you need someone reliable and responsive, I strongly advise looking elsewhere.
