They claim to offer free consultations, but actually want to charge you when you contact them. Beware of fake reviews. Ultimately couldn't get a free consultation........ When dealing with lawyers, honesty is a big deal obviously..... Because when that is lacking you get paranoid. Look elsewhere.

Back on 7/29/24, I spent a great amount of time speaking with Thomas and sending over all my evidence. Thomas ACTED attentive and compassionate. After doing my intake interview with Thomas and going over details, I felt positive and awaited to hear from the firm whether or not my case would be taken. As of today, it has been almost a month and no one from the firm has gotten back to me and no one will respond to my simple emails. This was not a professional way for Pointer and Buelna to handle a prospective client, whether you intend to represent them or not. I don't find this firm, their staff, or their behavior to be very ethical. A simple update or denial or representation would have sufficed but instead, the firm just said nothing and then ignored me.
