Many of the owners in our homeowners association think this firm saw our president coming. Shortly after our president (who conveniently made herself the only board member who could speak to legal counsel) starting following advice from this firm, our roofing contract (a contract that was carefully chosen from many bids and gone over by an independent roofer, our insurance agent, and our association's legal counsel at the time, who addended the contract before it was signed), was cancelled without explanation, and the threat of lawsuits began. In less than six months (and $55,000 in legal fees), there is no end in sight. One of the attorneys in this firm told the owners in our association that it was "his opinion" that there was a reason to cancel a roofing contract with no backup plan. If he really thought this, he is not very smart unless his plan was to collect crazy legal fees. The community got sued because of the decision, our board president was sued, and there is a class action lawsuit brewing. Many owners have tens of thousands of dollars damage and insurance rates nearly what a mortgage payment costs. Our community is very damaged by these events.

As a veteran and a paramedic who has served his local community, I am deeply disappointed with the representation provided by this firm, which serves my HOA community. My active-duty military wife received Permanent Change of Station (PCS) orders, prompting us to submit an exception letter to our HOA association for a rental exception due to military relocation.
