If I could give this place, no stars I would, but it requires me to put at least one. Pollock and Rosen are a shady, most unorganized dumb company to ever become a debt collector. How do you put a garnishment out on someone’s account don’t call them don’t send them a letter nothing and they didn’t even go through the employer. They went through a bank held all my money right before Christmas and on top of that took a whole paycheck that was supposed to pay my rent my car insurance my light bill and still refuses to send me some kind of letter stating they got the garnishment and now they are claiming the sent a letter in November when they didn’t get the garnishment till December so how does that make sense I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. the only thing that my husband wa

I have never experience bad customer service at this level. I called to understand the debt. Spoke with CSR agent Amanda and manger name Danica which hung up on me when I wanted to file a complaint. Danica tells me know you can talk.. When I told her you don’t tell me when I can talk. She hung up the call. This company needs a evaluation or hire representatives that are customer service friendly.No stars

The moment Rhonda or whatever her name is referred to me as "sweetheart", I went totally unglued. Do not sign anything from this company. I am reporting this law firm to the State Attorney General's office. This attorney firm should be disbarred.

Currently assisting a Elderly Co worker who has been preyed on by these attorneys. Definitely going to file complaints with BBB, Fl bar and whomever else governs these unprofessional practices demonstrated by these attorneys

They are ignoring the judges order to reimburse thousands of my garnished wages from over 2 months ago. I am filing complaints with every government organization I can find and you should do the same!
