Last year I was in & out within hours of requesting an appointment. Fast forward to 2021 and it took a week to get a response about an appointment request.
The best experience I have had in many years dealing with a legal office and much better than the JAG office at the soldier support center.
The receptionist isn't all that welcoming. The office space is pretty nice and there is plenty of signage to point you to where the office is located on the second floor.
Haven't been able to reach anyone through several phone calls and voice-mails over the past 1.5weeks. Maybe the lines are down?
Convenient location for military assistance and great people working there.
