Communication is extremely poor as other people have mentioned. I got my tax info to him early, but it wasn't filed until about November all while interest was accruing and it cost me an additional 2000 dollars. I do not recommend his services at all.

This man threatened to sue us when he did our taxes without having an agreement with us. The taxes he did prepare where wrong as well. This man has poor communication skills and aggression problems. I wouldn’t recommend this firm even if it was free.

Extremely poor communication skills, doing your taxes with this guy is a HUGE risk. You could end up owing 10K+ like I did if you aren't careful. We should have looked at the reviews, tough lesson learned here, this guy is not to be trusted.

Adam Potter is a deceitful attorney. He told us what we wanted to hear to get us through the door. Specifically, he claimed he would get our tax returns in 2-3 months, and after we had paid him, he confessed it will take 2-3 years. He failed to disclose that his firm does not do electronic filings and proceeded to do a paper filing (which is known to lead to a higher rate of identity theft) without our consent. When we tried to seek clarification, he became extremely condescending and defensive. Awful experience.
