This place has not only met my expectations but went above and beyond my expectations! They were so patient, supportive, and made me feel important! I walked into this place needing some help with court paperwork. Court paperwork isn’t only confusing but can easily be missed. Thank you to Lynn and Damien for helping me through this matter and being able to have the court grant me what I was looking for. The court paperwork was done sufficiently and so neat, not one document was questioned. Beyond thankful and I RECOMMEND!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Prep Xpress Legal. I hired them to prepare and file legal documents, but when I arrived at court, the judge told me several pages were filled out incorrectly. Because of their errors, I now have to resubmit everything and my case had to be rescheduled. Their communication was very poor — calls, texts, and emails often went unanswered. This was shared with the owner who offered no apology. They also told me one document was filed in early August, but I later learned it wasn’t actually filed until August 27. When I questioned this, the owner (a paralegal) argued with what the judge told me instead of taking responsibility, and never offered an apology. The attitude was dismissive and arrogant. I have been using prep Xpress for 9 years now and they never disappoint. Thanks to Erica I got divorced within 6 months, it was so fast and easy no hassle. I definitely recommend prep Xpress to all the people needing help with a divorce or family law.

S Wright got my paperwork handled the same day. Negotiated fee also. Should be divorced by April once everything is submitted.....finally. I will be referring people to her.

The people are very friendly and very helpful I’ve had great experiences with them and I would recommend them 100 percent to others. The person that took care of all my paperwork was Erica she is very thorough on what she does and makes sure you understand 100% of what you’re sending or signing. Amazing job that they do here
