Pro Elections

Pro Elections is always amazing to work with and very punctual. I have worked with them for several years across many of the HOAs I manage, and they consistently do a wonderful job serving our communities and homeowners.

I am extremely concerned with the lack of transparency and total disregard for California Civil Code (Davis-Stirling Act) shown by Pro Elections LLC. As an 'independent' inspector of elections, their primary duty is to ensure a fair, open process. During our recent election, they conducted the ballot counting via Zoom (where the people viewing could not see the ballets and there was 2 people and only 1 on camara and when i called them on it ABAGAL PADUO told me i should have said something then and ended the phone call with a "OWELL"), effectively denying homeowners our legal right to witness the tabulation AND I WAS RUNNING AGAINST THE BOARD PRESIDENT WHO HAS BEEN HARRASSING ME EVER SINCE.
