I need to know if I'm going to get out of debt or if I'm just going to keep getting stuck and accumulating interest on the three credit cards. It's been six months and I don't see any change. I try to explain things, and you all speak so calmly because it's not your life. I contacted you for peace of mind, not to fill my damn life with more stress. I don't see any change even though I pay and have put down a significant amount.

One of my worst mistakes was trusting these people. It's been six months and my credit is worse than ever. They didn't help me at all in those six months; now I owe more and I don't see any change, just more debt.

Whatever you do, do NOT sign up for this debt relief program. It is a scam. My relative signed up for this program and was told that a settlement would be reached in an estimated 6 months. My relative spent 6 months making payments to this company before getting suspicious and contacting their bank to ask about the progress of the settlement (Progress Law was not being helpful) only to be told that NO communication about a settlement had been received from Progress Law in those 6 months. My relative spent half a year making payments to a company that hadn’t even STARTED the process of settling with the bank. How is this a scam you ask? Because when you leave the program, they keep hundreds of dollars of fees.

I called for a personal loan and found out I was not eligible, so they referred me for this debt relief program. Once I went through the process of esigning all of the documents, I immediately felt like I had made a mistake and wanted to back out. They put a high pressure salesman on the phone to tell me why I should stay with the program. I stated I knew I was going to need a new car in the next year and didn't want to have poor credit when I was purchasing that. They convinced me that when purchasing a car it is your previous payment history that they factor in, and my history was excellent. So I decided to go ahead and stay signed up. THE WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!! So wanting to just be done with this and so I called them on month 2 to start paying more than my contracted amou
