The girl answering the phone today was rude. I explained my situation and she replied without even knowing who was on the phone that someone did call me back and I didn't answer. Then she connected me to another person. When the voice mail picked up the recording gives a phone number and extension to call. I wasn't prepared to write down information and wasn't told this was going to happen. I've called RI Legal Services back 4 times to get the phone number. Now nobody is answering how convenient. And if someone did in fact call me back in the first place why wouldn't they leave me a message if I didn't answer.
