The customer service here is terrible. Went in to ask a question and the lady told me to read the sign in an annoyed & unfriendly tone. I don't believe any amount of training can correct their hostile hospitality. Just because you loathe your station in life, it doesn't give you a free pass to treat others with disdain. I rather lose my case than pay her $40 for an attorney referral of their choice. Edit: The review is for the referral agency directly across from the legal aid office when inside the building. There's a reason they don't list themselves on google maps, they treat their fellow man that terribly.

🚨 SCAM ALERT! 🚨Stick to ChatGPT for finding a lawyer. These people charged me $40 for a referral, and the guy was not a good fit. I called back to see if I could get someone else, and they asked me what was wrong with the first guy. I told them, and they went straight to him with it. Created an uncomfortable situation and then told me they had no other lawyers for weeks. Horrible experience! Out $40 to these scammers!

We went to this place today at 4129 Main. Told them our problem. We were told that they don't handle that kind. They said a legal place across the street does consulting for $50 an hour. Huh? What makes them think that ppl seeking legal aid can afford $50 an hour ? We just went home.

If i could give it no stars i would i walked in there to see if i could get some help filling out custody papers, when i walked in there was an old lady sitting at a computer behind the counter she not once said hello or i will be right with you i was standing at the counter for a good 10 to 15 mins to see if she would acknowledge me in which she didnt and my husband asked her to speak with the person in charge which she rudely replied i am the person in charge and continued typing so we left and i highly recommened going to the family law self help center on 10 th they really helped me out there and i was in and out in 30 mins very help stay waaayyy away from this place the lady there is burnt out and obviously hates her job.
