If I could give negative stars I would. This place is the worst of the worst. I was in a car accident on October 14th of 2025 and I went to call my insurances "report a accident" number and it connected me to RA and Associates. I did not know it at the time but I was suffering with a concussion as well as other injuries. I was not in the correct mind to be thinking clearly or making big legal decisions. However I was told by the rep that answered that this was in my best interest to get represented by a lawyer. Since October they have had me racking up medical bills with chiropractic's, MRI's, X-rays and Neurologists and surgeons. To now here we are in march and they out of nowhere drop my case. Tania at R&A Associates property damages case manager was incredibly helpful. I was able to reach her most of the times and she was able to answer my questions. She even go further in reaching out to my case manager for my bodily injuries to let them know I'm trying to reach them and have them call me. I got in a car accident 2 years ago, just now received my settlement. Attorneys received 11,000 thousand and I received 3995. That is ridiculous! They profited off me, hardly ever contacted me to see how I'm doing, my car was totaled. It's nothing but greed with them, they don't care about you..I advice anyone not to give them any service. I was told by the doctor I needed surgery, that's when the attorney stopped my medical care because they knew they weren't gonna get paid..I'm also gonna report them to the better business bureau.

READ TO PREVENT BEING CHEATED!! Just choose another firm. Don't even waste your time here. They made my man "do the treatments so we can get the most money" after the insurance company settled the claim within 30 days. This firm wanted 45% versus 33% for attorney fees. The victim should be the one benefiting financially from an accident, not a law firm. It's trash and cheating. Don't need or want a response from the company either, just do right by the people who trusted you to support their case.
