She helped my other half get out of a complicated case that we thought he had no way of getting out of with having a well known highly paid lawyer that didn’t have anytime for us because he was chasing a high profile case. Rachel took his case and got him right out. She’s Fearless and ready to fight. Showed empathy, communicated very well and kept us informed. My fiance was charged with a misdemeanor in Henry County GA. Ms.Rachel Kaufman was recommended by an associate of his because we were definitely going to trial. From the beginning I had a bad feeling about her services, but we had very little experience in this field so we stayed optimistic. She was difficult to contact, and when my fiance mentioned it to her she basically said in so many words that she has other clients who are more important. I believe that her case load is too heavy. Ms. Kaufman didn't do a good job representing him at his immunity motion and eventually she was fired prior to trial. The $4,000.00 that we paid up front to retain her was lost.
