I called up and told them that my mother has cancer I’d have to get back to them. On the day of the visit to my mom for breast cancer surgery they sent a sherif to my home. I had emailed him I will call him the next day. I went there to the office because he said he could not accept a signature through the e-sign even though he kept sending it to me. Then I went in person fell on the property and had to go to emergency room cost me another 4000.00. Then I emailed him that I have a hardship because my mother has the cancer could he accept cheaper. I have never received a bill stating it was settled. And he never answers my emails. Amazing

As everyone else has stated, I wish I could give him (Chip Reagin) negative stars. This man does not deserve to practice law ANYWHERE! I’m a true believer in reaping what you sow. I will be filing reports with every agency possible about this so called law firm and this individual in particular. Chip you should truly be ashamed about your character and lack of integrity. May you never have to experience the same treatment you have given to others. I just wanted to add - I filed a grievance with the Georgia Bar Association because of Chip Reagin’s unprofessionalism and his threatening emails. All emails with proof have been sent. Don't ever contact me again. Unprofessional, and hangs up on people. If you have a run in with them report them to the CFPB, BBB, AND file a grievance on the GA state bar website (lawyer's name is spelled Roy Reagin not ragan).

I spoke to one of the rudest lawyers I’ve ever spoken to. I have lots of family and friends who are lawyers and have never experienced one that was so sour and unprofessional. He claims he has bad reviews because people are mad they have to pay their bills. I explained to him that my life had turned chaotic at the time. I had open heart surgery for complete heart failure, atrial fibrillation from Covid, and resulting ptsd from my stay at the icu twice plus sepsis. I still have one leaky valve too and have a pacemaker. He was barking at me and indifferent. I’m disabled and on intermittent fmla and this shark has found a way to rob me of $700 a month. I called to make a payment plan a month ago. They told me that they were going to mail me the papers to sign and never did. Every time I’ve tried to call them back I would get hung up on. Nobody ever picks up even during their business.
