Mr Ralston and his assistant Betty, were wonderful to work with! They were very professional in dealing with a difficult client who did not provide the correct wiring instructions for a closing. Terrible service from this office. John Randall Ralston does not answer clients and sends them on a big run around, claiming to call back but never does. Myself and two others are still waiting for a call back.
