As a plaintiff lawyer that has gone up against all the partners at this firm, I can tell you that they are extremely competent. I know this Firm will always do a thorough investigation. They will do the right amount of work needed to investigate the case and advise their client of the potential outcomes, but they also are willing to work to settle cases that should be settled not doing what I would term as a unnecessary billing.

I am a plaintiff in a pedestrian (me)/auto (defendant) case in which Brian Chandler represents the defendant. There is a police report from the hit-and-run division, insurance, and serious injury (extensive rotator cuff surgery and 6+ months of physical therapy). Mr Chandler properly e-filed all documents with the presiding court but never sent me - an individual representing herself - any copies to the address plainly stated in the petition. Over a month ago, I requested copies of all the documents from Mr Chandler personally who said he would get them all copied and sent to me. I still haven’t received them. I can not appeal anything without copies of these documents as all of the e-filed documents are expired (inaccessible). I would hate to think that Mr Chandler wins all his by ignor
