I've known Mr. Robert Rampulla since 2003. When I purchased a new construction in 2003, Mr. Rampulla was the seller's (builder's) attorney. I was very impressed when I saw how he conducted the closing and has been seeking his guidance on all NYC real estate matters since. He is excellent and very knowledgeable.
