In 08 He told me I should take the plea to a DUI because there wasn't much hope going to trial. I took the plea, after taking it and being sentenced he looked at me (while in front of his other client) shook my hand and said I wish you would have fought this I think we could have beat it then wished me good luck. I was transported to another county for my VOP in which the judge asked me why I took the plea. He advised me my probation officer told him to review the footage in which I had passed my field sobriety test. I knew I passed it and I knew I wasn't intoxicated at the time of but due to the way Ramputi played it off and considering I had paid him assuming he would have my best interest in mind I took the plea and thus was also guilty for my violation of probation which could have bee
