would give zero stars if i could. they look for every reason not to speak with you. only communicate by mail. its 2026, office is closed to the public how do you expect to do business with these people. lawyer is never present. front desk ladies are just rude and unhappy. very un ethical and unpleasant lawyers office.

Randall Roger, Esq. is an excellent lawyer and very responsive to the Board, not just the President of the Association. He understands the politics of serving on a HOA/Condo board. He is honest and tells the Board what the law is and most importantly what it isn’t. His legal advice comes from years of experience and is never crafted to fit the narrative. To the unit owners, please pay your monthly assessments on time and follow the Rules & Regulations and/or Bylaws or else this firm will put you in a world of pain! His legal fees are higher than most, but you get what you pay for... Better counsel equals better results.
