I came to the reviews angry, but honestly, I felt a little better seeing I wasn’t the only one who got this treatment. Zero stars would be generous. A representative—who sounded like Barry White moonlighting as a telemarketer—tried to trick our front desk volunteer. When I addressed the situation directly, she hung up on me. If this is how a “reputable company” operates, I’d hate to see what shady looks like. Honesty clearly isn’t the standard here. I’ll give their recruitment team credit because clearly with service skills like these, their employee's talents seem only suited for a bail bonds office, this place, or maybe the loading dock of a rural Walmart. Whoever the lady is that answers their phones needs to be fired. No customer service skills, cutting you off as you’re speaking. Very rude tone!!!

Highly unethical practices used by this attorneys. Avoid like the plague. Get everything they say in writing. They will tell u one thing and then do another. They will make verbal agreements with u then break them and act like they didn’t have a conversation with u. Good thing it was recorded!!!! If I could give this company negative stars I would Edit: they reached back out to me and reversed the decision therefore I’ll bump up to 3 instead of 1. Even though it should have never happened in the first place.

Some of the most rudest people i have ever talked to on the phone over a 20 plus year debt. I have never been talked to like i have with these rude leaches. They don't deserve the 1 star.

These are the greediest ppl I've ever encountered. I gotta loan thru my bank to pay off a 20 year old debt, minus 300 bux, and these greedy a**holes sed no. Straight greed. And I'm over 40 yrs old and I don't think I've ever dealt with a ruder staff. It's simple if u don't like ur job.. Quit.
