They issued a levy againts my bank and froze my accounts in order to get payment for a Citibsnk Home Deport account. The account was settled inmediately yet its been 2 months and bank still shows frozen I have no access to my money. Bank only needs release form this people said it was sent 12/2 they told me I would get a copy in the mail and nothing. I have called the repeadetly and no one helps!!

Can I give less stars? Did a STIP to avoid a judgement - wasnt arguing on the bill I owed just needed a payment plan I could afford after some personal hardships leading to the bill. What they called a good payment plan left me struggling but I had to stay out of court - a court judgement could affect my abilities to work in my field. I signed up paid the first payment and thought I was on autopay. Then a little over a month later I get a defualt notice on my STIP I immeditly got in touch and said I am on autopay and the funds have been there - I dont understand. They proceeded to tell me that I was not on such a thing and I needed to pay on the portal so I asked for portal link. I paid my missing payment on the same day. Obviously I thought I was on auto pay since I paid same day

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this law firm. Without my authorization or prior notice, they withdrew $3,000 from my bank account for an alleged debt from years ago, which had already been closed. I received no notification, explanation, or opportunity to resolve the matter fairly before they took this action. I reached out several times seeking clarity and a solution, but the customer service was evasive and unprofessional. These types of practices, in addition to being abusive, are unacceptable. I am taking the appropriate legal steps to protect my rights. ⚠️ I do not recommend this firm. If you value your financial security and fair treatment, look elsewhere.

I needed to settle a debt. Seeing the low review ratings before calling made me pretty worried and I do believe their reviews are valid. However my experience was not bad. I got a lady on the phone almost right away, who was very nice and helped me through the process. I didnt get to settle for as low as I wanted, but I am not mad, It was my debt, and it is now paid and I feel better.

They like to sue ID Fraud victims. Attorney showed up to court completely unprepared. I can't wait to get my counterclaim award :)!!!!!!!!!!!!
