Raymond Wendekier has been our representative twice now and has been excellent and thorough and a pleasure to work with each time. Highly recommend.

Used him to close on a property once had a good experience so we went with him a second time. I ordered a title search from him that typically takes 7-10 days, he took all the information said he would do it. I didn't hear from him in 3 weeks, tried calling, left voice message, nothing. He finally returned my call to tell me that he had been to busy that he didn't even start it and told me to go somewhere else. Meanwhile I'm paying a lease agreement waiting for this to go through closing. I won't use him ever again.
