We retained this law firm to handle tenants who hadn’t paid rent. After trying to evict them ourselves. This was the only form in town taking clients. We retained them with a $2000 retainer in September 2022. Both lawyers were out of town on vacation but we were assured that the office staff would get the 3 day notice to evict started and keep it moving within 10 days. This didn’t happen. We did not get any information from them unless we called and nagged them, often times getting bounced from person to person, but never the lawyer. No one had information or dates to give us. The tenants left on their own accord 22 days later, with very little involvement from the firm except the 3 day notice. If I could give this place negative stars I would. The attorney was rude and downright mean, he got in my face even when I was trying to do the right thing. He sent me hard into a PTSD moment and then tried to send a certified letter to my dead husband to try to trick me in to saying my husband wasn't dead. I wouldn't use this attorney if he could win me a bazillion dollars in a court case. He hurt me and he made my children upset because they were once again reminded that the one man in their life that they had was dead!

Attorney Stephen Dean was very serious very compassionate very compassionate and just a wonderful wonderful experience his entire staff was so nice if you have that journey it's well have yet because it's about the nicest one you're ever gonna find
