Poor communication skills, quite passive aggressive when answering the phone. Not very friendly or helpful. Was told I was going to get a follow up call back to further discuss matters and nothing. Try following up with them and they won’t answer your call.

Don’t waste your time. I thought they were going to help me after sending numerous of information then they send a letter saying they were not going to take the case after 6 months of waiting.

They called me, I answered , man said hello, I responded hello, he said umm, then hung up. I tried calling back three times, the phones just go to a non ringing on hold area. No person ever answers, no on hold music, no other options to try to connect with a real person.
