Skylar Vasquez was EXCELLENT! He was very informative took careful notes on my situation explained to me how the process works if they are able to take on my case. Was very empathetic and extremely kind and pleasant to talk to. Any questions I had he answered them and anytime I reached out he got back with me expeditiously! You just don’t find customer service quite like that anymore! Thanks you Skylar for all your help and making these first steps in the process smooth and easy going!

Kano was the first person that I spoke with at this company. He was very knowledgeable and was even able to show the transparency of the company. I appreciate the info (general timeshare myths and lies ) that I was given before signing up with RFA. Kano also makes himself available to answer questions that I might have. If Kano doesn't know the answer he goes beyond to get it or put you in contact with the person who can help.

Because of the way SOME people function in our society, I was skeptical when reaching out to RFA. Not only did Chad Allen, increase my limited trust in humanity, but was very supportive while remaining on the phone as I navigated through the website to gain a sense of trust for the company. Although services weren’t needed, I felt confident providing and paying whatever needed to get out of the unnecessary scam, signed with TLC years ago with the help of Mr.Allen and his crew. Thank you so much for what you do!

Kano handled our situation with care and kindness! He also was very patient with us, as we had a lot of questions! We were very skeptical but he explained everything perfectly.

I spoke with Chad about exiting our timeshare ownership. I mentioned I could exit via Wyndam without pay and he recommended I follow up on that and get back to him. The follow up did take some time but they did offer a certified exit program and I am in the process of doing that at no cost. Spoke with Chad following my conversation with Wyndam and he agreed it would be the best process to follow but offered he is there to help should anything go wrong. I felt very comfortable with Chad and the RFA cancellation group. Hopefully all will work out but I will call Chad if feel I need their help.
