I talked to Jeff . He was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me with my situation very fast responding on regards to everything I asked.

I have never been treated more rudely in my entire life . I have been stuck in a battle between myself, HR block and the school district tax for over three years . I wanted to ensure the letter I received from this office wasn't a scam or misunderstanding etc ... I inquired about the last time contact was made about the situation and the women Jeannie took the tone of the conversation from amicable to insanely rude and mean. The way she spoke to me was ridiculous .

Simply called in to inquire about a letter I received in the mail to address the issue and the lady Jeannie was extremely rude and un professional. She over talked every question I had and expected me to know what she was talking about when I asked my questions. No wonder the office has such a poor rating. It's sad that this is who the court system has representing them

Not sure how someone who has been a licensed attorney for 50 years hasn't figured out that some guy named David put my personal number down as his so he could skip out on a debt. I have asked several times to take my number off of their list but they still call anyways. I can only assume, based on their complete incompetence, that they are not very successful in any aspect of the law, especially chasing down people who are in collections. The rudeness shown towards me over a legit concern that I am getting phone calls while I am at work is beyond unprofessional. Any company considering using Richard Boylan should consider other options, unless the company is very desperate and willing to pay bottom dollar for substandard service.

Spoke with Jeff and he was kind and courteous. He handled my situation with respect and in a timely manner. He took the time to explain everything to me and I really appreciated that.
