He’s my husband’s court appointed attorney so of course he doesnt care about what’s going on with his case my husband got a flat tire otw to court and called his office to let them know and the lady that answers the phone said she would let him know to waive his appearance and call us back with a new court date 2 months later he got picked up on a FTA warrant now my husband has been in Rowan County jail for a month I finally got ahold of Richard yesterday and he didn’t even know my husband was back in jail because he had a more important trial last month and is starting another one today so he said my husband would have to except the first plea deal or sit and wait till he’s done with trial he hasn’t reached out to me or my husband and the case is almost 2 yrs old

He’s my daughter’s court appointed attorney. We all know what that means ultimately she’s not going to get any real representation. I called his office to get clarification on an fta because she was actually in custody during her court date but bonded out the very next day . There was no communication that her court date was moved to later in the week because Rowan County sheriff department confiscated her phone bc she’s a victim in an assault case and they took it for evidence. So she’s homeless, no car and now no phone and the rude lady that called me back says well whoever bonded her out had a car and hung up the phone on me!! No actually that person had to arrange a ride as well since you think you know everything! The whole system is corrupt and I can’t wait until it crumbles! They AL

My family has had to use Rick several time on matters we just leave hanging. He is a very patient man. Rick has been very helpful in our estate planning question.

Decided to update my will, Rick had me come in the same day. Sat down and he explained the proper way to do a will, and listened to what I wanted, it was like talking to a old friend, talking about life and what we have done in life, really enjoyed meeting him

I don’t recommend using this lawyer due him not knowing how to get simple info while someone is at the courthouse and always continuing court cases without getting how much someone would have to pay if I was anyone else I’d use another law firm cuz this is my first and last ever using him and his ppl who answering the phones are just as bad hanging up on ppl and being rude as hell
