Jason Rios and his law firm is very unprofessional. It is so hard to get a hold of him and the secretary / calling services are no better. Case is not treated with the same urgency as others. Every time we have a conversation, I am being told one thing and something completely different happens. He never answers the phone, never responds to text messages there’s no way it’s this hard to get ahold of him, literally a waste of time!!! -Responding to Jason comment below. All lies. You didn’t help with anything. The best decision I made was leaving a trash law firm to find an amazing one who helped me with my case in which THEY provided me a happy solution. Do better, god bless!!

Hired Jason last minute one day before my court date he was able to get my case dismissed completely! Communication was only through text had me a bit worried at first but he made it happen for me totally don’t regret & would recommend to anyone needing a decent lawyer his pricing was also very reasonable compared to some others

Very disappointed with how he has handled my husbands VOP case. He never returns phone calls or has any answers to the questions we have. There was and offer from the state last week and he refused to even tell us what it was. That is our right to know what they're offering. Then when my husband tried calling his office, they stated he was working on an important case to call back the next day, so he did. No answer so My husband had his mother call from another phone and Jason answers the phone, my husband asked him what the offer was, Mr. Rios stated that he feels like hes being harassed and hes going to take himself off of the case.. So you take my money and do nothing?? PO's recommendation is reinstate with counseling that he already started, which I had to pick a release paper for my

We hired Jason to represent my aunt in a vehicle violation/immigration matter. Jason was wonderful since he spoke spanish and my aunt did not speak english. Jason was very helpful and attentive to my aunt's case. He kept constant track of her status. He always made sure that we had a plan for any verdict that my aunt may get. Thankfully he was successful in releasing her and she is now on a path to a better life.

This law firm goes above and beyond what most might describe as a job description .
