I would never recommend this office RUN. He never listen to my concerns nor request. He was more concerned what my ex wife wanted, than his own client. I fired him 10 days after hiring him. He charged me $1200 to file paperwork one of the charges was for about $200 (I kept the recipes)that was for him taking the paperwork to the courthouse (keep in mind it could have been submitted online) my case is resolved!!! I have full rights 50-50 split custody with every right to make decisions for their futute , no child support nor alimony. Look elsewhere If you have kids that you love and want to be a part of their life.

I can't say enough good things about this firm. I met with him. He did everything he said and got everything done that we hoped for. Thanks Joshua I would recommend to everyone

Kevin relies on court appointed GAL fees for his income. He charged over $20,000 in my case. He kept the case high conflict to money grab. He did work with Doug Fredrick to continue the "Silver bullet" game telling their client to make false report to get protection orders. Kevin is not capable of being a real attorney and prays on easy family court money. His influence with touchstone counseling in Ozark has caused major mental issues with the kids. Run away from Kevin being your GAL!!

Kevin and Josh are great guys. They have handled various things for us and have always been honest, reasonable and ethical. Kevin also helps many children as a guardian ad litem and has been a great source of support to the community. He should really consider becoming a family court judge because he has the experience and competence to back this. Josh is very easily accessible which is rare for this profession! Both attorneys are very good at listening to their clients and not just telling them what they want to hear but giving sound and constructive advice that gives you a realistic interpretation of what to expect. They do not over promise and underdeliver.
