I've been getting the run around from this company since 2018. They continue to send exasperated bills in amounts that they cannot explain, even after I paid them multiple times. The use stall tactics in order to siphon more money out of you. Very deceptive practices. Please have someone contact me to resolve. i'm tired of this. Update: no communication and as you can see, their reply to this review is more legal mumbo as a bandaid and further stall tactics. I see why they were on the news!
