I would like to shout out to my paralegal Maritza for keeping up with my case since the beginning even though she was always working and she is always busy. She would always reach out to me and give us something with an answer. I also appreciate Robertson for doing a wonderful job with our case as well. She does fantastic work always. I always hear good things about her since the beginning and I am very grateful that she helped us through the good and the bad.

Dr Robertson has always been pleasant, professional and attentive. However I’ve had horrible, unprofessional service from the rest of the staff. The paralegal assigned to my case left, thankfully, but I wasn’t told and never received an update on who the new assigned paralegal was on my case, which created weeks of emails and waiting for a response. The front desk lady is extremely rude when I call, and my new paralegal often ignores my emails or doesn’t answer the questions I’m asking. Dr Robertson does take feedback well and hopefully the staff will be more professional and helpful in the future because she’s a good attorney and her staff should reflect that.

We helped a client sponsor his son to obtain his green card. The process was made more difficult because of COVID restrictions when we started. The attorney and staff persevered for many years to get everything in order. The client and his son had to return to Mexico for the interview phase. Because of the attention to detail and "spot on" instructions as to how the process would play out in Mexico, the son sailed thru all the steps and his visa was granted on the first attempt. We are so appreciative for the knowledge, expertise and professionalism Robertson Immigration Law exhibited in getting this accomplished. Before I dive into my review, I hope clients advocate for themselves. When you do not fully understand English, it makes it difficult to know when you’re being taken advantage of. I have been a client of Ann for at least 5 years now, I have renewed my DACA possibly 3 times and I am now with a new law firm. At the beginning, everything was great! But in the more recent years it has been nothing but a headache. You have stay on top of your case, you have to make sure nothing is being missed. Based off of other reviews, it looks like paralegals come and go and unfortunately that affected me. Ann apologized once I finally spoke directly to her and expressed my frustrations but since then it seems forgotten and they are not learning from their mistakes. Moving on to her husband, Hans.
