She told me once the previous owners lean is removed id get a new deed for the house. Its now paid off in full and I still dont have a lean free deed. I also asked her for a legal cost break down because the government wants it for an audit and nothing so im just having to put her information down in case they chose to harass her i guess. She got what i needed done at the time but yeah I should have gone to a bigger place that has a little more accountability after the cheque clears.

Ann has been our lawyer for a number of years. She has always been extremely courteous. She went the extra mile to accommodate my husband who has mobility issues and could not get into her office. Very respectful.

She was very friendly, kind and down to earth. Ann was very helpful to my brother and I in dealing with paperwork after the loss of our mother.

Don't know if I was speaking with a receptionist or the lawyer, but she came across as very abrupt, bordering on rude. We called to see if she could do a closing on a house for September and said she couldn't do it then basically hung up. May way to reconsider your "bedside manner".
