Stay clear of this company. After a real estate purchase was lawfully canceled by both sides, this company took nearly a month to return my down payment. First they sent a check rather than following my instructions to wire, then the check was lost, and when I requested they stop payment and wire the money, they seemed to think they needed the check to stop payment. What?? Over a week after the stop payment was fully confirmed by their bank, they finally sent my money. They are very incompetent. Go elsewhere for your escrow!
Everyone in the entire office has been more than helpful and prompt responses on every question my family or I have.
Sarah is excellent. Knowledgeable, prompt and usually available.
