Horrible customer service, every month its a new rule or change in the way they handle things. Tavetri, always raising her voice thinks that's the way to make it clearer instead of speaking with details and thoroughly communicating on what has changed. Dont ever have a question, because god forbid they need to respond like a decent person. Irma is Horrible she doesnt even know how to read notes or understand other employees notes. Every month its a different issue. Kat and the other lady are very professional.

This lovely office of Attorneys garnished a single mom's wages of about $900.00 a month at Thanksgiving christmas time. So very kind of them.

Rolfe & Lobello is exactly what you’d expect from a typical legal business—out to make money, not to help people. For over a year and a half, I consistently paid on a legal agreement we had in place. I was on track to be done next year. Then, life happened. A bill crossed, and I missed a payment—just one. Three days later, I got an email saying my payment had been made, so naturally, I assumed everything was fine. Then, on February 27th, I got an email stating my payment was actually missed, and if I didn’t get it current within five days of their letter, I’d have to pay the full amount. I immediately tried to fix it. On February 27th, but not sure what happen when I tried to make the payment and emailed them on March 1st to confirm, but—of course—no response. Horrible to deal with irma is rude and trying to deal with this company and talk to them getting talked at and talked down to,
