BEWARE. The negative reviews you see are real. My incidents occurred in the end of August and beginning of September. Though I've had MRIs and doctor's orders to see an orthopedic. Nothing has happened yet, and now I'm being completely ignored. I've made daily and weekly calls to reach someone to no avail. Once they get a hold of your case. You no longer matter.

I have been with this firm since 2022 regarding workers comp. It has been a very lengthy process. I know my lawyers are working hard and my only issue here is that I don't get to much communication as to where we are in the case. I hate to call to interrupt there work. However there has been alot of date resets as well which goes back about a year answers seems to be short and I really don't understand alot of the terminology but I'm waiting patiently for the best results. Update: 11/10/2025. My case is now in negotiations stages and the team has been keeping me updated more frequently. I know is hard when we don't understand the process but trust the process and even better once I spoke with the attorney himself. BEWARE. I’m definitely disappointing myself for not reading those reviews before signing the paperwork to make them my lawyer. Here we are two years later still no update. I’ve called every week after being told I was going to be assigned a new case manager. At this point, I’m under the impression of these people will just take your cases as well as your money. BEWARE.

If you need a good Workers Compensation lawyer to help fight your case, these people are NOT the one. You’ll be better off hiring a rock…. They don’t communicate with you. You can call and leave messages send emails for months and they still won’t respond. Just throw the whole company away.

WARNING WARNING WARNING Make a better choice. The accident at work was horrible, the insurance was bad, and this experience was just unbearable. Almost 2 years and nothing. They were able to acquire compensation for less than a year. They got me fired from my job. I'm now unable to work anywhere because I'm a liability due to my injuries. I've had 4 surgeries they told me to get welfare to pay for the last 3 because they just aren't good enough to make the case. I have to have 2 more and they said take $20,000 or not they don't care. They have screwed my case up so badly that no one else can help. Please do more research. Your life may depend on it. Good luck.
