I called on behalf of a family member and they were very helpful in resolving the issue.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Rome and Associates. My HOA hired them regarding my late fees, and instead of offering any guidance or showing a willingness to resolve the matter fairly, they were dismissive and unhelpful from the start. Their communication was rude, lacking any sense of professionalism or courtesy. It felt like they were more interested in escalating the issue rather than helping find a reasonable solution.

Had the "pleasure" of having to deal with this attorneys office due to paying my HOA dues late in 2022. Here we are in 2023, and my current HOA company shows that I owe DOUBLE, because this law firm dropped the ball on cutting the check for dues in 2022. Called the office, spoke with JULIE and she said she would research and get back with me. She never did (she was going on vacation), and then of course stated she never said she would call me back lol. I decided to drive to the office, rang doorbell and no one came. Rang doorbell again to be greeted by an attitude from Cassandra who looked like she was ready to go home. All I needed was proof that I paid last year. She provided paperwork and proceeded to SLAM THE DOOR on me as I left. I was upset and crying because this a huge inconvenienc

This explains why this company has a 2.3 star rating. JULIE ROME IS VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! I have dealt with several businesses & even own some and never dealt with anyone with her kind of unwarranted behavior! 1 star is to good it should be a 0 star.

Julie is a delight to work with! I called her office with a question, and, even though she doesn't know me, she took the time to help me. She is a true professional, and I am so impressed with her knowledge and kindness. What a great experience!!!
