I would not recommend Ronald Tomlins to anyone seeking legal representation. From the outset, we communicated our needs clearly and made repeated requests for in-person meetings, which he consistently declined in favor of phone calls only. Despite paying a significant retainer, our legal matter went unresolved. Throughout our time working with him, Mr. Tomlins demonstrated a pattern of concerning behavior: he failed to listen to our concerns, was disorganized in his approach, and conducted himself unprofessionally. Most troubling was his apparent willingness to negotiate with opposing counsel in ways that did not appear to serve our best interests. I have to start by saying that I would not recommend this attorney to anyone. I hired Mr. Tomlin to represent me in my DRO case. He seemed confident. This case was open for over two years and at the end of it… he lost it. His lack of communication and attention to my case was severe. This was a very upsetting and frustrating experience.
