John Carrigan is a through presenter and very knowledgeable expert on this subject of HOA’s. The thing I got most out of the seminar was.his comment to “Disclose, Disclose, Disclose. I was surprised that he didn’t have information that touched on condo’s under 3 stories. My condo association is small, only 24 units, all under 3 stories. I am a new HOA Board member and would have loved to hear more about condo’s that don’t fit the same mold or situations that came to light in the Miami condo collapse. Enjoyed John’s seminar.
