Extremely not helpful to LegalShield/ID members, more specifically Gwinda Burns. PLEASE REVIEW THE REVIEWS BY LOWEST CATEGORY TO SEE ALL THE NEGATIVE COMPLAINTS. First, I was misled into a LegalShield membership. Second, due to a critical time constraints on a housing appeal that I already filed, I just needed minimal assistance. Third, the insulting thing about the entire interaction is she advised that she would call me back after receiving my documents. However, I had to escalate her non-responsiveness twice over the course of two days. Time that I have lost in making sure that my appeal was correctly filed. Ross and Matthews used to be fantastic. Unfortunately, there are only a few good ones left here. There are a few attorneys here that really should not be a part of the LegalShield plan. They make it more than obvious that they don’t want to be a part of it and what used to be 3 business days for letters have no exceed a month on many occasions. It is terrible and truly not a good representation of what LegalShield stands for.
