I called Rossi Law about a bill for the city of Warwick. The representative I spoke with became defensive when asked about the timeline and interest accrued and continuously cut me off. She said she was noting what we discussed in my account. When I asked her to read what she was noting, to make sure everything was accurate, she refused and said she did not need to read anything to me. I asked her for her name, Sori, and she refused to give her last name. She then hung up on me. Extremely disappointed in the customer service Rossi Law provided.

Rossi law firm is rude they send me a bill I try to pay it but they changed the amount I show them them thr bill they still say it was wrong terrible company they cheet and lie they claim I owe money that I paid in February to them but they say they didn’t get the bill till June but acknowledged I paid them in February

My company used them until we found there to be over billing discrepancies.

I just got a bill for “Warwick” taxes for like $800 when I haven’t lived in that state since 2017. The bill doesn’t even say for what vehicle and they used my old last name when I was married. It also says “they’ve been trying to contact me.” No they haven’t. I never received any bill sent to my new address in the many years I’ve lived here. My car switched over to my new state and they are charging me for the years everything got switched over. Yea right. I’ll have my attorney deal with you.
