Being accused of a very serious crime which eventually was dismissed due to the search for truth by Mr. Rothchild. My case never made it past preliminary hearing, and in venago county that is a rareity! All I can say is the justice system lost a very critical man when he retired! Oh! I was referred to Mr. Rothschild after my previous attorney proved highly incompetent. Neil was very empathetic and knowledgeable, until his full retainer was paid. After payment, he slightly disappeared. His correspondences were evasive and not as informative as they should have been. Unfortunately, the edit to the review is due to 2 factors. After he suggested and pushed for me to take the no contest plea, he was not upfront about everything that entailed. I was not informed of the additional $1400 in court costs and fees. He literally stated to me I would only be responsible for “restitution “. I’ve found this to be very disheartening and realize now they all really do run in the same pack.

I just had to respond to Eric Beichner. He indicated I tried to get him to plea. He was charged with murder. I got the charges thrown out completely on a technical rule of evidence. I never suggested him to plea. Feel free to google it.

Tried to get me to plead to something I had nothing to do with. Then I got out of jail and he told me he wasn't going to give me the rest of my discovery. Not very professional at all.
