They did my disability case and got it on the first try only took about 5 months I got a whole year back pay 100 satisfied with the work they did I had a criminal charge against me I also let them handle that and so far everything is going 100% as planned very happy with them I don't know what the other people are talking about I am not getting paid I am not getting anything for this testimony just to let you all know a lot of people leave negative reviews because they didn't have the proper information themselves to relay to the attorney they've been very good with me I'm very pleased and happy I would recommend them to anybody I just want to thank the team over there for everything they did to win my disability claim and also a good outcome for my other case very pleased with them highly

Believe the 1 star reviews. There is no need to go into great detail, as seen with other reviews they will just reply defensively. The negligence from this law firm is astounding. The biggest issue I have with them is they have no education on health conditions, which is strange since they claim to help people get SSDI. At the very least, they should educate themselves on their clients medical conditions to ensure all paperwork is properly cared for. Almost 3 years of my life was wasted with them listing the incorrect diagnosis'. Taking advantage of sick people is a pretty low-life thing to do.

Absolutely the worst law firm in the world. Prepare to have your money held from you and called names when you call to ask for transparency. They are immoral and completely unethical. Erica Ward loves calling people foul names and hanging up on them. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Bar. These people need to be shut down.

They are great for settlements but may take cases on that basis (so they say with good faith, but their actions say otherwise) with no will to fight or continue if the chance of a settlement is low. This firm has shown a complete lack of professionalism, respect, and client support. I was wrongfully accused of being rude, which is entirely false. Over the course of several years, my case was handled without me ever having the opportunity to speak directly with an attorney only staff. When I called to advocate for myself and raise concerns, I was informed by a staff member that my case had been withdrawn due to alleged rudeness. At no point was I disrespectful. Clients have the right to ask questions and express concerns when they do not understand what is happening with their case. What is most troubling is that the attorney representing me for years contacted me for the first time only after withdrawing from my case.
