I contacted CHRISTIAN KNOX last year regarding my severely autistic, non-verbal, tube-fed kiddo. He was diagnosed in 2009. I genuinely believed Ms. Knox had my son's best interest. Boy, I was wrong. Maybe it was my spirit that irritated her spirit. I don't know. I have autism and am trying to get information about discrimination I’m facing at a school. The receptionist hung up on me mid-sentence rather than be a human being and a professional. If you have special needs children, take your legal needs elsewhere. I question the ethics of the entire firm if this is the caliber of their front of house staff.
