The person answering the phone is very disrespectul. She interrupts when you are speaking. For an immigration law firm, they need people with customer service experience.

Terrible experience, all they did was take my money. Would confuse her clients with other people and would disclose private information. Please go with a professional instead.

5 stars is not enough to describe the service that she gave my father. Sandra and her team wrnt above and beyond helping my dad become a U.S. citizen, thank you and your team for everything. For anybody trying to do the same I recommend you buying a cd where the questions and answers are available to practice. Once again thank you for everything.
