I had a dwi case and was refererred to them for an appeal. Once they were paid there was very little communication or follow up about my case. Ended up being just a written appeal and had they communicated they would have had more information. I am a 100% disabled veteran and they just want to shake you down for as much money as they can. I talked with them about continuing the appeal process but again why? No communication etc… just a written appeal and screw me pay me the same again for failing and not even bothering to inquire with me about anything. If you are too old to make the effort retire!

Talked a good game in the consultation, but once the money was paid in full for his services Schneider and his assistant Belen were rude and wouldn't return calls or emails, and if he did reply to an email it was a fragmented sentence not even answering your question. It made the whole process much for frustrating. Schneider and Belen are very unorganized and there was frequent miscommunications. I would also have to correct both frequently as they would gets facts incorrect. All this could be overlooked if he was an effective attorney, but he didn't get anywhere. Hindsight, he is a salesman, he sold himself during the consultation and severely underdelivered. Definitely would not use again as he is ineffective as an attorney and socially he is quite inept.
