Pleasant experience in regards to contact with Diane she was prompt in answering her email and helping me with the info I needed. The receptionist also was very nice. Locating the office was a little tricky. The door is tucked away off East Water Street but close to the parking garage. He gave me parking garage voucher so I didn't have to pay for parking:)

Currently being ghosted by one of their partners, Neal Walters, who has not seen fit to meaningfully respond to any of my emails regarding his client despite my having been directed to him explicitly for the purposes of communication and resolving any outstanding issues with his client. The one email I received from Mr. Walters was slapdash and rife with spelling and grammar errors and failed to address anything substantive. I have no idea what on earth this firm is being paid for in my case but it is certainly not to handle anything with professionalism, courtesy, efficiency, or basic competency. The impression I have gotten is one of weakness and a complete lack of ability to address my concerns with his client. I have no idea how this is reflective of this firm or Mr. Walters beyond my

They love you lie in court and have you lose every ! They kindly put a family and elder women out in the street ! And we own our trailers. All because their clients don’t want a safe environment and repair the small septic leak instead. So instead of that, what was right was to give people a lease they took them to court for an expired lease that they never had in the first place and then gave them 10 days to get out and 30 days to move homes . The one elderly woman lived there since 1980 and was never late a day in rent through every owner that had ever owned the park. She had a beautiful yard put plenty of time, energy and love into planting her gardens and now she has to run over them with a truck to pull her trailer out, a corporate greedy company wants to build where our homes sit .
