Took over $5000 and did not provide the promised services. It’s a complete rip off, she talks a lot about all the bells and whistles she can do but in the end, just took from an elderly woman on a fixed income. When my mom passed away with an escrowed balance sent via email by her staff, she refused to return it or show proof of use.
